Park Hotel Zug

The hotel offers a great location. We appreciated the spacious junior suite, well-maintained and comfortable for our large family, including a few couples in tow.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated family dining area.

Fairly clean and wonderful place, has particularly good views to the park. It's reasonably spacious with clean bathrooms. The staff is welcoming, pleasant. The venue is in the centre of the town.

Newly decorated superior single room with gates. Location next to shops bars and restaurants, many good restaurants and the Old Town which is right on the lake and the train station and shopping areas. The pool area is nice too.

The room was comfy and clean, but the aircon was a noisy box, hard to sleep. The staff were choice, super friendly!

English speaking staff, nice breakfast, very nice rooms, access to a swimming pool, and it had better than average food,

Perfect for work, but pricey

The bed was super-comfy,, I could hardly get up in the morning! I had a great shower, totally refreshing after a long day.

It wasn't cheap,, but for the convenience,, I guess it was acceptable.

Really had really great stay for a business trip. The hotel was clean with great and unbeatable location right across from the shopping district and airy rooms. The staff were courteous and genuinely nice and the design was modern. Exceptionally comfortable beds and two windows, ample closet space, and cell. Wonderful breakfasts with appetizers, coffee or tea...

Rather noisy staff!

Excellent service from the staff and the comfort of my room.

Clean, spacious room, perfect for a business trip. Lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during warmer nights. Conveniently close to shopping and train station. Enjoyed great breakfast with a variety of options. Easy access to bike tours in the area, a nice touch.

Well-equipped rooms with terrace available. Ideal location, near Metalli Shopping Mall. Near restaurants and bars and near main street and a church

Clean and tidy room. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location.

Price of the hotel was very expensive! Was not worth the money we paid. Also I found the pillows on the bed to be very uncomfortable it felt like my head was on the mattress. I also hurt my leg on the corner of the wooden bed frame, was very sharp and cut my leg. Not very safe!

Stayed in a Junior Suite with a cozy seating area. The room featured a tv, mini-bar, and an electric kettle. Enjoyed the heated pool and sauna for relaxation. Breakfast had various hot dishes, fresh fruit, and bread that set a great tone for the day. Located close to shopping and railway, super convenient for exploring.

Breakfast was ok.

Far too expensive. Rooms are ok but for this price too much. Cheap and uncomfortable beds. No pay-tv and remote didnt work. Staff is very arrogant. Never again.
